I have some good ideas that can be converted in to Mobile Apps. I would like to develop programs based on those ideas for other mobile platforms like Windows Mobile, Android , J2mE , Blackberry etc. Some of the ideas are for simple application for personal use and some are for enterprise level use. I am presently in India with regard this. Can anyone suggest a good company who develop apps ? Who are reasonable with their rates? Anybody tried doing this in US?

First off, is there a free or cheap (under $40) iphone application development software? I just want it to have a list and search feature, sort of like the Pokedex app (pokedex by Kyle Hankinson) And secondly, can I put this app on my iphone without putting it on the app store? I just want a few people to have it because i doubt anyone else would need it.
