what is a free photo editing website that is really good. besides lunapic and fotoflexer cause those don't work too well. oh and also not picasa that sucks too.

ok i want to mae a graphic thats got a black background, with a black cross. the only thing that shows the cross is there is a light that would be shining behind it. its like there is a bright light behind the cross, but all you can see it the rays shining around the edges. can someone tell me how to do that on a photo editing program? i have photoshop cs3 and paint.net

I have been making using Photoshop for years, just making photo's for fun. But i am planning on making some money. I would enter photo editing contests or if someone asked me to make a logo or a photo for them i would also do that. Thanks
