I have part of a novel on a disc and when I type in the title to bring up the information, it reads "error". I vitally need to transfer this information to another disc. Does anyone know how to? Or know a company which specialises in this?

I have windows XP Home and have a number of floppies. I can read the file names on the contents list but can't open them. When I had Windows '89, I could! (Though the contents came out all in one line).

for the longest time i've saved everything on microsoft wordprocessor. i've got the program cause any time i want to open the programs as wordprocessor i can go to open with. but when i try to save it as wordprocessor, it saves as notepad which i don't want. so now i can't save as wordprocessor anymore at all i could before i can't now. could someone figure this out? i've tried and failed lol.
